DATA PROTECTION

It is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Different arrangements may apply to the use of individual services on our website and these cases are explained separately below. We will only use your personal data (e.g. name, address, email, telephone number) in accordance with the provisions of German data protection legislation. Data is considered to be personal if it can be unequivocally matched to a certain natural person. The legal basis for data protection is set down in Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Telemedia Act (TMG). The following arrangements will provide you with information on the nature, scope and purpose of data collection, and how the provider uses and processes this personal data.

Use of Google Maps

On our website we use the Google Maps component supplied by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google".

Each time the Google Maps component is accessed, Google places a cookie to process user settings and data when the website on which the Google Maps component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, these cookies are not deleted when the browser is closed but expire after a certain time, unless you delete them manually beforehand.

If you do not agree with your data being processed in this way, you can deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data being transferred to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java script function in your browser. However, we would point out that you will then no longer be able to use Google Maps or your ability to use Google Maps will be limited.

The use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is in accordance with Google's conditions of use.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website so that we can see when the same users/internet connection owners use our services multiple times. Cookies are small text files which your Internet browser places and stores on your computer. We use them to optimize our website presentation and our services. These are generally what are termed "session cookies", which are deleted again at the end of your visit to the website.

In some cases, however, these cookies provide information so that you can be identified again automatically. Identification is possible because of the IP address stored in the cookies. Information obtained in this way allows us to optimize our services and give you easier access to our website.

You can change your browser settings to prevent cookies from being installed; however, we draw your attention to the fact that, in these circumstances, you may find that you are unable to make full use of all functions on the website.

Information / Withdrawal / Deletion

Under the terms of the German Federal Data Protection Act you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data and have the data rectified, locked, erased or withdraw your permission. We would draw your attention to the fact that you have the right to have incorrect data rectified or have personal data erased, providing that this right does not conflict with any statutory retention obligation.
